porcelain and many other interesting things for sale.
La ciudad Atenas : En primer lugar es obligada la visita de la Acrópolis de Atenas, el más importante recinto arqueológico de toda Grecia. Sobre una leve colina podrán contemplar el famoso Partenón, el Erection que era el templo más sagrado de la antigüedad, el templo de Atenea-Nike, los Propileos, el Odeón de Herodes Atico, el antiguo teatro de Dionissos, etc... Todo ello dentro de este recinto arqueológico con una única entrada. Además pueden visitar el pequeńo pero interesantísimo museo de la Acrópolis del que destacamos la escultura del Moscóforo y una de las auténticas Cariátides (columnas con forma de mujer), etc... En esta misma zona, aconsejamos conocer el Barrio de Plaka y Monastiraki. Se trata de los dos barrios situados en la falda de la Acrópolis. De día pueden visitar las numerosas tiendas con los productos griegos más variados, souvenirs, etc. y visitar el rastro de Monastiraki. Se encontrarán por sus callejuelas con la linterna de Lisícrates. Por la noche, pueden pasear hasta encontrar entre las numerosas tabernas típicas, algunas con espectáculo o tomar una botella de vino griego en los numerosos rincones con vistas al Partenón iluminado. Al otro lado de la colina, interesa también visitar el Areópago, los recintos del Antiguo Agora o mercado que incluye el Templo de Efestos, la Biblioteca de Adriano, la colina del Filopapo o de las Musas. Un poco más lejos se encuentra otro recinto arqueológico, el del cementerio de Keramicos. Cercano a Plaka, deben visitar el Arco de Adriano y el Templo de Zeus Olympico. Muy próximo también, está la plaza de Síntagma, donde se visita el Parlamento Griego, la tumba al soldado desconocido y su famoso cambio de guardia de los Evzones, especialmente los Domingos a las once de la mańana. Podemos continuar la visita hacia el Parque Nacional y visitar en el interior de este gran parque, pulmón de Atenas, llamado Zapion. Si deciden andar un poco, pueden seguir la visita hacia el Estadio Olímpico.

Mesto Athény : Athény, mesto s nejslavnejsí historií na svete, které je uctíváno jak bohy, tak lidmi. Okouzlující hlavní mesto Recka bylo odedávna kolébkou civilizace. Je to mesto, kde se zrodila demokracie a vetsina filosofu antického sveta. Atény patrili ve staroveku mezi nejsilnejsí mestské státy a prostrednictvím památek prezívají dodnes. Dnes snad nenajdeme nikoho, kdo by neslysel o Akropoli v Aténách. Historie tohoto nejslavnejsího archeologického monumentu vzbuzuje v mnoha lidech obdiv. Svedcí o tom také davy turistu mírících k Akropoli hlavne v prubehu prázdnin. Není proto divu, ze je Akropole nominována na jeden ze 7 divu moderního sveta. Svatá skála Akropole byla také roku 1987 zapsána na Seznam svetového dedictví UNESCO. Urcite k tomu prispely i stavby, které se zde tycí - Partheón, nejznámejsí chrám staroveku zasvecený ochránkyni Athén, bohyni Athéne. Athény se rozkládají na poloostrove Attica poblíz Saronského zálivu. Na severu a východe jsou obklopeny horami Ymmytos, Pendeli a Parnitha. Severne a jizne od Athén se nachází Saronický záliv, kde je i v zime velmi príjemné pocasí. Obecne se dá ríci, ze podnebí v Athénách je jedno z nejlepsích v Evrope. Jsou zde velmi mírné zimy a horká léta, coz je ideální pro turistiku. Atény se nachází jen pár kilometru od prístavu Pireus - centrálního obchodního prístavu hlavního mesta a jizního pobrezí Attiky. Athény jsou osídleny uz od neolitu. V 5. století pred nasím letopoctem dosáhly Athény svého vrcholu a civilizace a morální hodnoty prekonaly hranice mesta a Athény se staly centrem tehdejsí evropské ríse. V následujících staletích se pokouselo mnoho dobyvatelu ovládnout Athény. Roku 1834 se Athény staly hlavním mestem nove vzniklého Reckého státu. Mesto, které nyní obývá pres 4,5 milionu lidí bylo vystaveno kolem Akropole, která je nejvetsí dominantou mesta. Athény jsou dnes politické, financní, obchodní a kulturní centrum Recka. V Athénách a Attice se nachází ty nejzajímavejsí archeologické památky. Muze zde najít uz výse zmínenou Akropoli, dále Poseidonuv chrám, Chrám Boha Olympského, Plaka, Chrám Athény Niké, Athénská Agora, Partheón, Dionýsovo divadlo a mnoho dalsích. V hlavním meste Recka muzete také obdivovat mnoho novoklasicistních budov, které jsou klenoty mesta (Recký parlament, Athénská Akademie a Univerzita atd.). Návstevníci si také nenechají ujít muzea, která hostí ty nejunikátnejsí památky naseho sveta (Archeologické muzeum, Vojenské muzeum, Byzantské muzeum atd.).
